restaurant G la Dalle in
Villeneuve-la-Garenne
and a
third in Bezons.

2019

Growing is good, building is better.

G la Dalle launches its Franchise
with its 1st franchisee in
Bordeaux, who then became a
multi-franchisee in Talence and Mérignac.

2020

The test!

Despite the difficult health context linked to the Covid19 pandemic, 15 restaurants opened in IDF, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lille and Lyon, definitively proving the strength and resilience of the concept.

2021

The network is growing!

56 locations!
A year rich in openings (35 restaurants in one year, including 3 drive-thru configurations and an international opening!)

2022
