CONTEST RULES: G LA DALLE x GRANDINGOO (no purchase necessary)

Article 1. Company  organizer :

GLD INVEST,
SARL with a capital of 11,000 euros, whose registered office is located at 333 avenue George Clémenceau, 92000, Nanterre, registered with the Nanterre Commercial Register under number
88202868100022, is organizing a no-purchase-necessary contest in mainland France (excluding Corsica) titled: “Grandingoo x G LA DALLE”, online on the Instagram social network and also promoted via other social networks (Snapchat, TikTok, Twitch), the terms of which are set out in these rules.

Article 2. Contest Duration and Procedure :

 Participation in the contest is free and requires no purchase.
Participation in the contest will take place online, exclusively on Instagram, from Friday 06/21/2024 to Friday
07/05/2024.

The contest is open to individuals aged 18 or over on the date of participation, residing in mainland France, excluding Corsica, and excluding personnel of any entity that directly or indirectly participated in the design, organization, execution, and/or management of the contest, as well as any person working in participating points of sale, and their family members.

 The contest is limited to one entry per person. Participation is strictly personal and nominative. Only one prize will be awarded to the winner.

Article 5. Prize Delivery to the Winner :

 The winner will be announced on Instagram by the @g.la.dalle account by random draw in the presence of a bailiff on 07/05/2024. For all intents and purposes,a substitute will be drawnin case the winner cannot be identified or does not come forward to claim theirprize.

 Subject to compliance with the conditions of participation, the winner will be immediatelycontacted by private message on Instagram via the account they used to participate.

 Their contact details will be requested in order to contact them. They must provide their first name, last name, postal address, phone number, email address, and date of birth. If the winner does not respond within 3 days,they will forfeittheir prize, which will be awarded to the substitute.

 On 07/05/2024, the winner’s first and last name will bepublicly revealed on the social networks used for the contest.contest.

 The prize will be shipped by courier to the address provided or handed over in person at the following address: Smile Conseil, 2 rue Vaillant Courtier, 92300 Levallois-Perret.

 The prize handover will be an opportunity for a communication operation for G LA DALLE.

 G La Dallereserves the right to offer a prize of equivalent or greater value thanprize won if circumstances require it.

 The responsibility of the company GLD INVEST cannotbe sought in case of events beyond its control.GLD INVEST disclaims all responsibility in case of dissatisfaction of the winner regarding the prize offered.

Article 6. Exclusion :

 Participation in the Game implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Game rules.

 The participant undertakes to act fairly. As such, they are prohibited from implementing and/or seeking to implement any participation method that is not strictly compliant with the provisions of these rules.

 GLD INVEST reserves the right to exclude, disqualify, or invalidate the prize of any participant who does not comply with the rules and/or any person who disrupts the smooth running of the Game. GLD INVEST reserves the right to prosecute anyone who has cheated, defrauded, rigged, or disrupted the running of the Game as described in these rules or has attempted to do so. Any fraud or attempted fraud will result in the immediate disqualification of its perpetrator, without the prize(s) being awarded to them and without any compensation being claimed by the perpetrator or any accomplice from GLD INVEST.
GLD INVEST reserves the right to carry out any verification to ensure compliance with this article and all of these Rules, particularly to exclude any participant who is the perpetrator or accomplice of any abuse and/or fraud or attempted fraud.

Article 7. Interruption of the “G LA DALLE x GRANDINGOO” game

GLD Invest reserves the right, if circumstances so require, to interrupt, suspend, shorten, extend, or cancel this game, if it deems it necessary, without its liability being incurred by this fact. If applicable, it will inform participants by any means it deems appropriate (display in restaurants, on social networks, or on the G LA DALLE website).

Article 8. Advertising messages:

The winner already agrees to appear in any advertising message related to the contest (all media combined) and to allow their first and last name to be published on social networks and on the G LA DALLE website, without any compensation of any kind being required from the winner. 

Article 9. Protection of personal data:

In order to ensure the smooth running of the game and the awarding of prizes, GLD INVEST and/or participating points of sale may collect participants’ personal data, including their first name, last name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. This personal data will be used exclusively for the purpose of organizing the Game and awarding prizes and will be kept for THREE (3) months from the end of the Game. By providing the required data, the participant accepts, subject to the exercise of their right of opposition under the conditions defined below, that their data may be communicated to subcontractors involved in the organization of the Game who meet the legal requirements relating to personal data, particularly regarding their location and security, and solely for the needs of subcontracting work. In accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular
Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, relating to data processing, files, and freedoms, and European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of April 27, 2016, participants benefit from a right of access, rectification, portability, and deletion of their personal data collected by GLD INVEST. They may also object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of this personal data. These rights may be exercised by simple written request by contacting the legal representative of the relevant point of sale.  

Article 10. Applicable law, disputes & claims:

These Rules are subject to French law.

Any complaint must be made in writing and sent to the following address:

In case of disagreement, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, any dispute may, in particular by GLD INVEST, be submitted to the competent court.
